Nan Hua Chong Fish Head Steamboat Corner

YiMin brought us to Nan Hua Chong for some old school charcoal steamboat.
Remember to reserve the aircon floor so it's more cooling with the charcoal burning.
 Beer ribs are so tender, definitely the most tender ribs i had ever chew on!
 Oyster egg
 Prawn paste chicken wings, good with steamboat but cannot compare to those at Number 5.
 Charcoal steamboat, so nostalgia. Remind me of the olden days steamboat i ate growing up. That steamboat only vegetable (not sure what it is called), pomfret and Ti Poh (fried sole fish).
